Wash, Recondition & Repair


 Following our first class wash and recondition we will proceed to repair your cashmere garment.  We allow for up to 6 small holes and we will also re-attach any loose labels and buttons as part of this service. 

We aim to make your cashmere as good as new and if we have any questions we will always talk directly to you.  We will carefully inspect and carry out the repair before steaming and packing and then will return to you. 

Total satisfaction is guaranteed, postage and packing is complimentary.  We believe in the personal touch.

Once you have bought the product you will be emailed a form to complete. When we have received your garment and the completed form we should get the garment back to you within 20 days. 


All UK orders will be despatched using the Royal Mail 48hr tracked service and are £4.95. Please allow 2-3 days for delivery. No signatures are required on standard delivery. Free standard delivery is applied to all orders over £200.



Orders must be received before 3pm to guarantee an EXPRESS delivery. Royal Mail Special Delivery signature required, which we aim to deliver within 24 hours. Cost of £9.95 per order.



Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to European countries due to the heavy duty and taxes that are currently being applied. If you need any further assistance, please give us a call



There is a standard charge of £25.99 for all international deliveries.  We aim to send via UPS or Royal Mail signed and tracked. Free Delivery does not apply to International Orders over £200.
