Following our first class wash and recondition we will proceed to repair your cashmere garment. We allow for up to 6 small holes and we will also re-attach any loose labels and buttons as part of this service.
We aim to make your cashmere as good as new and if we have any questions we will always talk directly to you. We will carefully inspect and carry out the repair before steaming and packing and then will return to you.

Once you have bought the product you will be emailed a form to complete. When we have received your garment and the completed form we should get the garment back to you within 20 days.
