We are happy to exchange or refund all items, you have the statutory 28 days to return the item. This applies to all items ordered via the website, events or mail-order, unless otherwise stated when ordering. *Please ensure that you keep your items neatly folded in the original packaging with tags applied, when returning. 

Whether it's the wrong size, the wrong colour or you just decide it's not really 'you', we are always happy to exchange or refund any item if you return it to us in good condition (excluding any delivery charge).

Please retain proof of purchase and pack carefully. Please make sure that you include your details, you would be surprised the number of returns we get with no information enclosed.  To register your return, CLICK HERE and follow our portal to get your returns label. 

All items bought in the sale must be returned within 14 days for a full refund otherwise a credit note will be issued. 

We do not offer free returns on Sale items.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
