OUR JOURNEY TO THE CHELSEA FLOWER SHOW
The Chelsea Flower Show is part of a longstanding annual ritual. It's a reminder of continuity and the passing down of values such as appreciation for nature, patience and the British love of gardening. A key date in the social calendar and this year, we were lucky enough to be a part of it and what a journey it’s been! From hearing of our selection to the sketching of stand designs, choosing the planting and curating a range of the perfect pieces to compliment the theme and the British summer time. We thought it would be fun to share a little behind-the-scenes look at the colourful whirlwind that was our time at Chelsea.
It all began months ago, with mood boards, late-night calls, and endless cups of tea. Choosing the range was no easy task.. we wanted the stand to feel like a natural extension of our collection. The Bella Frill cardigan stood out from the beginning: cheerful, timeless, and effortlessly wearable as the perfect summer cardigan. Alongside, we handpicked our favourite styles in fresh, floral-inspired hues to reflect the joy and energy of Chelsea.
Designing the stand was one of the most exciting parts. We knew it had to feel like a garden in full bloom – inviting, vibrant, and a true reflection of what we do. In the weeks leading up to the show, the studio was full of props, wallpaper samples, fabric swatches, and stacks of flowers. We bought blooms by the bucketload, carefully planning every detail, from the backdrop to the finishing touches. Our van was stacked high with not an inch left after the two hours of loading. A special thanks to the logistics team at Inmotion, who made the whole experience seamless and stress free, from the moment they collected to the moment we arrived home. We bundled up our knits, packed every petal and peg, and set off for London with butterflies in our stomachs. The drive was long, but filled with excitement for the week ahead.
Mornings in Chelsea were magic. We walkled to the show as the sun rose, coffee in hand, the streets of Chelsea in Bloom bursting with floral installations and colour. The air was full of anticipation, and every day brought new faces, familiar smiles, and even a few very special guests. Meeting so many of you, customers, old and new.... your stories, your smiles and support made every second worthwhile. We met a few familiar (and famous) faces too – it’s safe to say our colourful cashmere caught more than a few eyes.
Outfits were carefully chosen – playful printed dresses or breezy white linens, always styled with a pop of colourful cashmere. We wanted to reflect the spirit of Chelsea: natural, joyful, and full of personality. It was a celebration of colour, both in the gardens and in what we all wore.
If you were not lucky enough to visit the show, we’ve brought a little of Chelsea to you. Our Chelsea Edit – is full of our bestsellers from the event and is now live. From the Bella cardigan to sumptuous travel wraps and the bold and beautiful cashmere that stole the show, it’s all there, ready to brighten your wardrobe.
Chelsea 2025 – we’re still basking in the glow. Thank you for being part of it.
