Firstly, let me start by saying that the girls and I hope you and your family are safe and well during this unbelievably challenging time.

Thank you so much for your kindness, generosity and support of our business over the recent weeks and beyond. We have been touched by the many messages we have received and wanted to reassure you of the steps we are taking to make sure that you can be confident when purchasing from Cashmere&Cotton at this time and so we can continue to trade safely and effectively this season. 

As a small business, we don't have massive teams and large warehouses. Instead I am able to pick and pack all your orders by hand and operate at this time, on my own under hygienic conditions and with no risk to my team or our customers. All our products have been individually packed before delivery into us many months ago and are stored and despatched from our own premises, a short walk away. The girls are all healthy and at home with their families. while we all comply with the government guidelines, but we keep in touch and look forward to the days when we can all be back together again.

Under normal conditions, we despatch our goods within 1 to 2 days, however please bear with us during this period as your orders may take a little longer. For UK postal service we are continuing to use Royal Mail 2nd class for our deliveries, who will leave on your doorstep and do not require a signature at this time. We can still send Express Delivery if required, but please call to let us know.

For International Deliveries, normal postage charges and delivery times apply.

Although we do not have a full team in the office currently, your calls will continue to be answered should you have any queries at all.  You can always email us too through the Contact us link on the website, and if you prefer a call back, please provide a telephone number so I can speak to you in person.

As always, we hope that you love your new purchase once received, but if for any reason you wish to return it for an exchange or refund under our no quibble  returns policy, we have EXTENDED OUR RETURNS PERIOD during this time to allow you to return your item after the lockdown without panic. Simply keep your item in its original packaging with tags attached and we will accept your return when it is convenient for you up to 21 days after lockdown ends.

At the time of writing this, all our EVENTS throughout the summer months have unfortunately had to be cancelled. We were so looking forward to seeing so many of you during the season, and are still hopeful that a new re-scheduled RHS Hampton Court Festival and Burghley Horse Trials may go ahead in September, when we can meet again. However, we will keep you updated of any decisions made on large gatherings and events as we are notified.

Let's hope that by staying home and staying safe we will all come through this very difficult period together and can soon enjoy life as it used to be in the not too distant future.
